1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • The item is not listed under non-returnable products (see Section 2).

Note: After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless required by law.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal care products (e.g., lotions, creams, makeup, hair products)
  • Undergarments and swimwear
  • Food, beverages, and perishable goods
  • Discounted clearance items marked “Final Sale”
  • Electronics or accessories that have been opened and used

3. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
We will:

  • Inspect the product, and
  • Offer an exchange or full refund if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

Important: Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear will not be considered a defect.

4. Return Process

To return or exchange an item:

  2. Bring the item to our store or arrange for courier return (shipping fees may apply).
  3. Once inspected and approved:
    • Exchanges will be processed immediately if the replacement item is available.

6. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is incorrect or missing an item, please report it within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will investigate and send the correct item or issue a refund where applicable.
